It appeared uncommon to see the salty North Sea waters frozen on the beach during the recent winter vacation in Denmark. After so many visits to the rough West Jutland coastline this was the first time waves and surges were retained in amazing poses on the endless seaside during a long morning walk. A cold walk.
The changeableness of nature seems to be infinite and seemingly familiar views suddenly can open up into different and new interesting facets.
Walking over fields and blocks of ice covered with hoar frost - with my camera - opened my eyes again for (another side of the) beauty of nature - a frozen snapshot of a wild environment usually requiring very fast shutter speeds for an image without blur.
