The coastline at Bovbjerg Fyr ist exceptional - a steep coast - uncommon for Denmark - invites for walks on top of the cliff line or down at the beach - both are connected with a wooden flight of stairs directly at Bovbjerg Fyr. 30 to 40m high cliffs on 3,5 km lengths are attacked by powerful winter storms year by year - it is a matter of time when the powers of nature have eaten meter by meter of the cliffs and the lighthouse is reached.
